Sensex dropped 194 pts, Nifty below 8600 on caution ahead of Budget

Today the market ended with the negative bias, before one day of the budget. Tomorrow will be declared the budget. In which, Sensex and Nifty ended 0.75 percent down. Today's Nifty dropped 71 points or 0.83 percent. and Sensex declined 193 points or 0.70 percent at 27655. and the end of the day Nifty closed at 8560. Midcap and Smallcap shares showed the selling today. BSE midcap and smallcap index ended with down near 1 percent. There were 384 advances, 1243 declines and 283 unchanged stocks on NSE, reflective of a strong negative bias floating in the market. All the sectors except FMCG were trading in red on Tuesday. The heavyweight stock of FMCG index, ITC, contributed most to the index gains.

The major index continues to shed points for the second day of the week ahead of the Budget scheduled on 1 February 2017. Sensex opened down in the red, Nifty opened its business in red in Tuesday’s trading session. Sensex trading at 27742, down over 100 points or 0.37 percent. while Nifty down 41 points or 0.48 percent at 8591. As About 799 shares have advanced, 1369 declining shares and 241 shares are unchanged. 
Some buying activity is seen in FMCG, while Industrials, Automobile, IT, Bankex, Consumer Goods, Consumer Durables indices are showing weakness on BSE.
ONGC, Bharti Airtel, Tata Steel, NTPC, and Dr Reddys Labs are major gainers, whereas GAIL, TCS, Coal India, Adani Ports, and Infosys are the top losers in the Sensex.

Nifty ended below 8650; BHEL, ICICI Bank, Bharti Airtel top gainers

The Indian Equity market opened on a bullish note on Friday with the major indices gains in early hours. Sensex closed at 27882.46 levels, up by 174.32 points or 0.63%. Nifty 50 closed at 8641.25, up by 38.5 points or 0.45%. Nifty hovered around the all-crucial 8650 level before closing below it. About 1,401 shares have advanced, 1,387 shares declined, and 288 shares are unchanged. The market had a good week, as the broader index Nifty gained 3.5 percent, while the Sensex was up 3.1 percent. Broader indices too ended the week on a high, as the Bank Nifty gained 4.7 percent. The Nifty Midcap Index was up 3.5 percent.

Sensex builds on early gains; Nifty eyes 8450

The Domestic Market has opened with a good strength for second consecutive day on Tuesday. Sensex and Nifty seeing a good buying in early trade. Meanwhile Sensex trading at 27254, up by 135 points or 0.50 percent. while Nifty rises 41 points or 0.56 percent at 8437. 
Banking Stock was seen buying note in the morning trade. Bank Nifty rises by 0.72 percent at 18977.65. Axis Bank 0.33%, Bank of Baroda 0.68%, Bank of India 1.18%, and Canara Bank 0.69% have positive. All of the stock which is including in Nifty Bank are in the green note.
Larsen & Toubro Limited (LT) is seen to be the biggest contributor to the BSE Capital Goods index contributing almost 80%.
Fag Bearings India Limited is the top gainer on the BSE Capital Goods index. The stock touched a high of Rs 3940 per share up by Rs 59.15 per share or 1.52%.
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited touched a high of Rs 131.55 per share up by Rs 3.25 per share or 2.53%.
LT touched a high of Rs 1420.35 per share up by Rs 26.80 per share or 1.92%.

Markets firmly up; Nifty hovers around 8400, IPO Opened Today

The market failed to extend gains for the fourth consecutive session Friday as the Nifty ended flat with a negative bias but managed to hold the 8400-mark. Technology stocks dragged the market lower but index heavyweights ITC, HDFC and Reliance Industries capped the upside. Fall in December CPI inflation and unexpected growth in November factory data despite currency demonetisation also supported the market. The Sensex was down 9.10 points at 27238.06 on profit booking after a 317-point swing intraday. The Nifty fell 6.85 points at 8400.35 after hitting an intraday high of 8461.05 and low of 8373.15. Meanwhile, India’s index of industrial production jumped to a 13-month high of 5.7 percent in November 2016 against a contraction of 3.8 percent in a year-ago month. Inflation based on the consumer price index (CPI) slipped to a 25-month low of 3.41 percent in December 2016 against 3.63 percent in previous month.

Market ended flat; Nifty manages to hold 8400 marks

The benchmark indices on Friday settled marginally lower after market heavyweight Tata Consultancy Services slumped on worries about its future following key management changes. Market is turning cautious in spite of a good start to the result season. This, we believe, is largely due to the fact that India had a handsome pre-budget rally in the last two weeks. Sensex was closed at 27238.06, down by 9.10 points or 0.03 percent. Nifty manages to hold 8400 marks. finally closed at 8400.35, down 6.85 points or 0.08 percent.

Equity Market Weekend Update; Sensex, Nifty make promising start to 2017

The Domestic Equity Market was positive in the first week of 2017 on expectations that the economy will gradually come back to normal in the near term after demonetization of high-value currency notes amid mixed global cues.
For the week ended on 6 January, the 30-share index gained 0.50 percent, or 132.77 points, to 26,756. The index was at 26,626.on December 30 last week. The 50-share Nifty index jumped 0.70 percent to 8,243 from 8185 during the same period.

The Equity benchmark has opened in the green note. Despite Nifty holding 8200 level. but Now the market is volatile. Sensex trading at 26659, higher by 16 points or 0.06 percent. while Nifty up mere 10 points or 0.13 percent. S&P BSE Mid-Cap index surges 75.76 points at  12280.89. while S&P BSE Small Cap index up 86.35 points at 12401.51. Some buying is observed in media, realty, metal, auto, IT, banking, and financial services sectors while FMCG stocks and Bank Nifty is showing weakness on NSE. Tata Motors, ONGC, BHEL, Bajaj Auto, and Tata Steel are the major gainers, while Reliance, Bharti Airtel, Cipla, ITC, and Lupin are the top losers in the Sensex.

Sensex gains 85 pts; Nifty reclaims 8200, Experts Recommendation

The Market opened on the flat note and after some time it was gone in the red note in first-hour trading. But now market recovers gain and trading at positive strength. Sensex continued to rise and Nifty trading above 8200. Sensex trading at 26680, up 85 points or 0.32 percent. Nifty surges  30.60 points or 0.37 percent at 8209. The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading up 0.62% at 12,206, whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading up 1.00% at 12,311.  Out of 3,082 stocks traded on the NSE,  620 declined, 1643 advanced and 819 remained unchanged today. 
BHEL, Axis Bank, ITC, ICICI Bank, and Coal India are the major gainers, whereas Infosys, Hero Motocorp, Bharti Airtel, Wipro, and M&M are the top losers in the Sensex.

Equity Market Latest Update, Sensex slipped 150 pts, Experts recommendations for Intraday

The Equity Market has started 2017 on the flat note. The Market remained under pressure in early trade. Sensex slipped over 150 points or 0.62 percent at 26470, led by losses in HDFC, SBI, Bajaj Auto, and ICICI Bank. Sensex opened at  26,711.15, touched a high of 26,720.98 and touched a low of 26,447.06 in morning trade. while Nifty trading at 8140, down by 43 points or 0.54 percent, led by losses in HDFC, SBI, ICICI Bank,
and Bajaj Auto. Nifty Started at 8,210.10, touched a high of 8,212.00 and touched a low of 8,133.80 in early trade. Out of 3629 stocks traded on the NSE, 782 declined,1326 advanced and  1521 remained unchanged today. 
The broader market trading in the positive strength with the BSE Midcap index up 0.06 percent at 12038.45. whereas BSE Smallcap index gains 0.48 percent at 12103.43. Some buying is observed in realty, media, metal and pharma sectors while financial services, IT, Bank Nifty, FMCG and auto showing weakness on NSE.

NSE Losers - HDFC 3.45%, SBI 2.96%, Bank of Baroda 2.84%, Bajaj Auto 2.48%, ICICI Bank 2.39%.
