Sensex rises over 100 pts, Nifty consistent at 8150; Cement stocks up

The Equity market extended gains in morning trade on Wednesday. Nifty manage the previous level of 8,100 and Sensex trading above at 26,500. The broader market still outperforms benchmarks Today. Sensex trading at 26,515, gains 126 points or 0.48 percent. Nifty rose 45 points or 0.54 percent at 8186.10. About three shares advanced for every share declining on the exchange. BSE midcap index up 0.65 percent to 12,447, whereas BSE smallcap index up over 1 percent to 12303.50. The Indian rupee opened marginally lower at 68.67 per dollar versus 68.65 Tuesday.

ICICI Bank, Larsen, Adani Ports, TCS, and Maruti Suzuki are among the top gainers. Idea Cellular, Hindalco, Reliance, Tata Steel, and GAIL are the losers in the Sensex.

Sensex surged more than 200 points in morning trade, after crossing the psychological 26,000 market, the S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 25,872 up 105 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 7970.35 up 41 points. Equity benchmarks extended losses an early morning . The Sensex pared gains after rallying as much as 300 points in morning trade on Monday, weighed by SBI, M&M, Tata Motors, HDFC, and Dr Reddys Labs. Nifty reclimbed 8,100 marks but immediately  turned volatile. Now Sensex trading at 25831.96, lower by 321 points or 1.23 percent. Nifty is down 116 points or 1.45 percent at 7957. Sensex opened at 26,246.70, Touched a high of  26,270.28 and low of 25,810.94 in morning trade. Nifty opened at 8,102.10, Touched a high of  8,102.45 and a low of 7,949.80 in early trade. The Indian rupee has opened flat at 68.10 per dollar.

Nifty nears 6-month low; ends below 8,100

On Friday, The end of the day equity market closed on the negative note. The whole day it was volatile on the benchmarks and Finally, Market ended with losses. Nifty fell to hold 8,100 and closed at near 8,000. The BSE Sensex ended at 6-month closing down on Friday as investors continued to avoid taking fresh positions. Sensex closed down 77 points, or 0.30%, at 26,150.24. Sensex opened at 26,270, touched a high of 26,349.02 and touched a low of 26,106.78 an intraday trade. The NSE Nifty closed with a loss of mere six points at 8,074. The NSE Nifty opened at 8,097, hitting  a high of 8,128.95 and touched a low of 8,048.30 an intraday trade. 

NTPC, Sun Pharma, Bharti Airtel, Hero Motocorp, and M&M were the top gainers, whereas Tata Steel, ITC, GAIL, HDFC Bank, Adani Ports were thre losers in the Sensex. 

Sensex turns rangebound ; NTPC, Sun Pharma up 2-3%

The market has opened flat on Friday, with the Nifty struggling below 8,100 level and Sensex manage around 26,000. Presently, the market is volatile and fluctuated between gains and losses as an extended decline in consumer durables and select auto stocks countered a rally in energy producers. 
BSE Sensex up merely 36.18 points or 0.14 percent at 26265. whereas Nifty up 16.20 points or 0.20 percent at 8096.10. The market breadth remained negative as about 1109 shares declined against 786 advancing shares on the BSE
The BSE Midcap index trading at 12070.63, higher 0.59 percent. whereas BSE smallcap index trading lower by 0.02 percent to 11837.06. 
The Indian rupee opened lower by 18 paise at 68 per dollar against Friday's close as against the previous close of 67.81 per dollar. 
NTPC, Sun Pharma, ONGC, M&M, and Hero Motocorp are among the gainers, whereas GAIL, HUL, Tata Motors, TCS, and ITC are the losers in the Sensex.

Sensex rallies over 150 points; Nifty holds 8100, pharma, consumer durables down

The Domestic Market recovered after closing low on Tuesday, tracking positive global cues and lower inflation data released yesterday. The market has opened super strong in morning trade but after some time it's erasing gains, the market has become completely flat. 
Nifty holding 8100, up 39.10 or 0.48 percent and Sensex is up 180 points or 0.70 percent at 26490. 
About 832 shares have advanced, 1115 shares declined, and 88 shares are unchanged. 
The Indian rupee opened marginally higher at 67.68, up 6 paise per dollar against previous close 67.74. 
The BSE Midcap Index is trading up 1.15% at 12,115.07, whereas BSE Smallcap Index is trading up 0.54% at 11,966.

Sensex slips over 350 pts ; Auto, realty down

Today, The Equity market has dropped in opening dragged by index heavyweights. The market fell for a second straight session as automakers, consumer discretionary and real estate companies continued to extend their losses on the awaited slowdown in spending as a result of the countrywide cash crunch. The Market still slipping away Sensex down 350 points or 1.30 percent at 26463. Sensex recovers 1300 pts post-Trump win & black money curb

The Equity  market staged a very good comeback in late trade after an intraday swing of around 1500 points.  Nifty staged a smart recovery from its crucial support level of 8,000 on Wednesday amid the victory of Donald Trump in US presidential elections and the government's move to curb the black money. Both the Nifty and Sensex broke below their crucial support levels after Donald Trump was elected the 45th President of the United States. Sensex closed at 27252.53, lower by 338.61 or 1.23 percent and Nifty was down 111.55 points or 1.31 percent at 8432.00. About 635 shares have advanced, 2131 shares declined, and 96 shares were unchanged. 
Dr Reddy's Labs, Sun Pharma, SBI, GAIL, and Lupin were top gainers while TCS, Maruti, Hero MotoCorp, BHEL and Adani Ports were major losers in the Sensex.
